Once your new build or refurbishment project is fully completed, then comes the time to ensure the property is handed over to the new owners or tenants. We understand that only the upmost level of hygiene and cleanliness will do as it will directly reflect on the quality of your building work.

We ensure that the property is left with the show home standard and the ‘Wow!’ factor that your customers expect. Exact specifications are obviously site-specific but see below the standard specifications for our ‘Sparkle Finish’ service.

• • Dusting down and polishing all internal glazing, work surfaces, window sills, shelving, cupboard and kitchen units inside out, all light fittings, wall sockets and electrical fittings (i.e. extractor fan)

• • Re-buffing all tiling and doors, including internal ironmongery

• • Re-cleaning all sanitary ware and leaving WC pans charged with fragrant disinfectant

• • Vacuuming all floors

• •  Spraying the house with air freshener
